She has facilitated more than $625 million in loan volume across 2,500+ transactions, specializing in DSCR loans, fix-and-flip financing, bridge loans, construction loans, and commercial lending.

With additional expertise as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Class A General Contractor, Traci brings a comprehensive understanding of both the financing and construction sides of real estate — allowing her to structure loans with insight into project timelines, rehab costs, and deal execution that most brokers don't have.
